3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age to use supercvision.com. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Enterprise ($49.99/month): Team access, API access, priority support

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

When using supercvision.com, you agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download or copy videos for redistribution (except as permitted by your plan)
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All video tutorials, course materials, code examples, and other content on supercvision.com are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view our content for personal, non-commercial use.

6.3 Trademarks

The supercvision.com name, logo, and brand elements are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
